Put the destination, times, cost and consent in one place, and collect a separate answer for each child. Ask the named adult who is paying, not “the household”. The other parent should not see that balance. The school keeps its own collector and the money.
A letter that says “see ParentPay” and a form in a different app produces the phone call. Parents need the itinerary and the yes/no on the same screen, with the option to withdraw their own answer later.
