Each adult who is allowed to attend books their own slot, and only they can see it. A shared login, or one appointment for the whole household, only makes sense if the school has already decided those adults should come together. A blocked contact does not get the booking page.
The awkward evenings are the ones where both parents turn up for the same slot, or one books and the other hears nothing. Offer a time to each adult who is allowed to come. A joint meeting is something you record when you actually want it.
They need the teacher, the child, the date and how long they have. If that link is buried in a PDF, the office will be taking bookings on the phone by Wednesday. Keep the booking on the same screen as the letter, and let the push open that screen.
The office needs a list of adults who have not picked a time, so the reminder goes to them. Leave the other household’s slot off that reminder.
